Do you want to renew your GoSmart Mobile account every month without having to do a thing? GoSmart Mobile offers Auto Pay. With Auto Pay, your account will automatically renew on it's due date every month and you won't have to lift a finger.

 

Auto Pay allows a monthly recurring charge to your credit card, debit card or checking account.

Note: If you use services that require a charge to your prepaid balance, you will need to refill with additional funds. Auto Pay will only charge the amount needed to renew your rate plan and optional services.

 

It's easy to set up Auto Pay online at my.gosmartmobile.com, on your phone using My Account, or by calling our automated voice system at *ADD from your GoSmart Mobile phone.

  1. Log into my.gosmartmobile.com.
  2. Click Set up Auto Pay.
  3. Follow the steps to enter your payment information and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Click Submit.
Manage Auto Pay

Need to change your credit card or checking account information? No problem!

  1. Log into my.gosmartmobile.com.
  2. Click Manage Auto Pay.
  3. Edit the credit card or checking account information or add a new payment account.
  4. Click Submit.
Cancel Auto Pay

Need more financial control over your account? You can cancel Auto Pay at any time.

  1. Log into my.gosmartmobile.com.
  2. Click Manage Auto Pay.
  3. Click Cancel Auto Pay.
  4. Read the information presented on the screen and click Cancel Auto Pay.

 

Auto Pay Terms and Conditions

You are enrolling in Auto Pay for your GoSmart Mobile plan. You authorize GoSmart Mobile or its service providers to charge your [Card Type or Bank Account] ending in [xxxx] the total refill amount required to renew your plan every 30 calendar days the day before your plan renewal date.

 

The total maximum amount to be withdrawn from your account will not exceed [Total monthly charges] based on your current requested services, plus *taxes and fees. Your payment amount will be adjusted automatically if you make changes to your GoSmart Mobile plan or services, or you make a separate payment towards your monthly bill before the renewal date. The updated total amount due for the plan period will automatically be charged to your payment method without further action by you or additional notice from GoSmart Mobile. You must have enough funds or credit on your payment method in order to purchase your refill and continue your services. The minimum charge using Auto Pay will be $10 if a lesser amount is required to renew your plan.

 

Log on to your GoSmart Mobile account at my.gosmartmobile.com to see your current plan and services, your amount due, and the Auto Pay terms and conditions. Please review the Auto Pay terms and conditions; they include important information in addition to your GoSmart Mobile plan terms and conditions. All Auto Pay notifications will be delivered by text message to the handset associated with your plan. Some text messages may include a website link for more information.

 

Auto Pay will continue to charge your [Card Type or Bank Account] each month until you cancel your plan or you un-enroll from Auto Pay. You can un-enroll at my.gosmartmobile.com or by dialing *ADD from your handset. Auto Pay is provided by Vesta Corporation on behalf of GoSmart Mobile.

 

* Taxes, fees and surcharges amounts may change without notice. GoSmart Mobile does not notify you if your recurring payments change up to 10% due to possible changes in taxes, surcharges and fees.
